Unit 1:  Bywell Smokery

Bernard Lynch's smokery was named top 5 in the country by The Telegraph last year.  Meat and fish is smoked traditionally, and to perfection.  A true artisan producer, Bernard opens his shop to the public Fridays and Saturdays.  Produce is also available to order through the tea room and you will find Bernard on local farmers markets.     www.bywellsmokery.co.uk  01434 672 770

Our next phase of units should be ready from April 2012.  We are looking to rent downstairs units to producers with an area of retail.  Upstairs will be developed into office space on demand.
