Our Ice Cream

Vallum Ice Cream Parlour has a huge selection of ice creams and we regularly develop new and interesting flavours for the discerning ice cream lover!  Lemon Meringue ice cream was developed by Maureen Oliver who also manages the youngs stock on the farm.  She uses her home made lemon curd and meringues famous throughout Northumberland!  It has been so popular we have to have it in stock all the time and have been awarded a Gold Taste Award in 2011.
